Title: updating overall look of the site

Some of the pages on the site I am sure you all might have notice have not been working correctly or had the previous look of the site still showing.
Main page,  Join, site rules and the policy pages have all be updated finally to the current look. I'll be changing the membership form link as well soon to point to another address as the one we are currently using now is just not working correctly. Same format as we currently have but hopefully will help with those errors that has gotten to the point where we are not getting the contact information.

I removed some filters that was causing some disruptions in the rooms as well with certain words not being able to be posted. I won't go into full details on that as some was just tweaked around a little.

Anyway...some of those things was long over due...but I been getting behind a little with family things.
